The CEO works closely with the Board of Trustees to ensure the aims and objectives of the Trust are met. The CEO provides strategic leadership to ensure there is continued success and sustainability across all schools.

The Chief Finance Officer is responsible for managing and developing central finance services across the Trust. The Chief Finance Officer ensures there are robust financial systems and controls in place to safeguard the Trust's finances and drives Trust growth and business efficiencies.

The Trust Business Advisor works closely with the Chief Finance Officer and schools to deliver business efficiencies and improve processes across the Trust.

The Trust Operations Advisor supports the CEO in delivering key strategic objectives in relation to governance, estates, IT, business development, data and compliance.
